So I take it that you're not on the Souleyman train, yet.

Solo looks like a BEAST

Intriguing. The guy flies! How old is he?

If you guys ever want to know how I played in my low 30's (10 yrs ago), you are looking at it. For over 10 years, I used to say the knicks are missing a PG like me. Well, you found it in solo. As you can see why my achilles is shot, too many first step moves, going left or right....once you learn that first step move, you fall in love with it so much because the defender can't keep up. I like trying to make people fall too.....And I was usually the starter and closer in iso plays (without over dribbling like Melo) Very hard to stay in front of somebody when they have a quick first step and a jumper. Same skill set and size. I agree, he'a a beast that should be picked up on somebody's summer league team. And if you want proof, I'm still killing at 43.....but after two games, my production drops (lol)....

Yeah...but can you speak French?

Hey, a crossover, jumper, 1st step, etc.....is one language. I bet if you go overseas and block someones shot, it doesn't matter what language you speak, everybody will know what you are saying! GET THAT $HIT OUT OF HERE..

But you bring up an interesting discussion. I know a few pro players.....I will ask them if language was an issue, when playing overseas......I never played in a game where the english language wasn't the main communication. Might be lots of french cursing and smack talk that will go right over my head.

Born in Brooklyn, Raised in Queens, Lives in Maryland. The future is bright, I'm a Knicks fan for life!

From my experience you pick up a language faster when in a working situation where you can learn phrases for specific things. So how long will it take you to learn how to say shoot in French for example. It's kind of like learning Football verbiage. You may not be able to pick up a girl at the club with your broken French but you should be able to get the play calls down.

Notice Early is listed as a Guard rather then Forward. They will probably look to develop him as a SG next season.
