GEEEZ, FISH! What the hell?

All i have to say about any of this who Fisher is banging crap is "Who Cares?" Bang whoever the hell you wanna bang.

You don't think it's somewhat unprofessional for a coach to be sleeping with his players' girlfriends? Seems like a pretty quick way to lose the team.

I'm with you. Just put it in an office context, boss banging the associate's GF. Where does that put the associate? Can he confront the boss without risk of reprisal?

It's obviously going to create an issue, and the company has invested in finding, hiring and training the associate and the boss just affected that investment.

Beyond poor judgment!

And besides, I think the whole thing boils down to this. It's not that Fisher is having a relationship with Barnes's ex. It's that he should have talked to Barnes first about it. Not to get his permission but to just let him know and show the other person the respect that you care enough to tell them. Man you learn that in high school

Would you be cool with one of your boys/co-worker sleeping with your girl?

Barnes would just say GTFO and try to rough him up right then and there. Fish is a douche but it's not like Barnes is a rational, level-headed person. Fisher letting Barnes know in advance would have done nothing to improve the situation.

You might be right, but i think the issue is everyone would be thinking about Fisher differently. They would be saying he handled that situation better than sneaking around, telling his team he's doing something else, and not telling Barnes anything etc.
