George Karl described the potential trade as 'exciting', and it sounds like he favors it rather than drafting a player (unless WCS is available), so it could very well be Ty Lawson. However he did say the GM will decide, not him

I doubt Phil would pass up on Russell if he was there or OK4. He might be able to trade down if neither is there.

I think Phil is kind of arrogant and dumb about this, honestly. I think he honestly thinks he'll get D'Angelo Russell now that he's at 4. Or something. I don't think the Knicks will take Stein at 4. I think they'll try to trade down to 6 or 7 to get him. Orlando is gonna trade up to the 3rd pick with Philly to take Porzingis IMO.

Hinkie has so many future picks in his pocket it's crazy. I assume he would need a player coming from Orlando- who would that be? Wonder if he likes Hezonja at 5 if he does a swap?

There hasnt been any good trade down offers. I like stein but not at 4. This all depends on how the first 3 picks go. Hopefully la or the sixers draft prizingis or something outta left field

We don't know all of the offers teams will make. It's not looking very inticing so far but who knows what happens as we get closer. There's likely all kinds of scenarios being talked over.
