Well that's not all we expect him to do, but when he doesn't have the ball in his hands and teams focus on stopping our other scorers it helps if he can be an effective scorer outside of just dunks. He'll get some post touches too. It's all about WCS having a more well rounded offensive game, which makes him more dangerous in the Triangle. If he can hit a jumper defenders will have to get closer and then he can drive around them easier.

But the big men that have won championpships in phils triangle never lived on the perimeter, Shaq couldn't shoot beyond 6 ft, gasol was a solid shooter, but he lived in the paint like shaq, and longly was ok, but he to was more like 10 feet from the basket not 18 .

I also think this is a guy who's going to need a very good PG, or guards that penetrate at will and are playmakers like Jordan and kobe. In other words if you draft a player like WCS, you should already have his supporting cast in place, he's not good enough to build around

Watch it buddy, this is close to heresy for some...you're treading on dangerous ground with this statement...

Report--Willie Stein's vertical has elevated another 4 inches today and hes put on another 17 pounds of muscle. At last calculations WCS is now 282 pounds with a 46 inch vertical. We may have to put the basket up to 11 feet to make it fair for the other players.

Willie is disputing his 1-4 performance in the final four. He is saying he was so fast that he actually went 11-14 with 5 3's and Kentucky won by 26 no one noticed.

Willie Cauley Stein can play D at all five positions on the court; AT THE SAME TIME

Willie Cauley Stein was such a great BB player that his college coach would sometimes beg him to play poorly in order to not damage the self-esteem of their opponents.

Willie Cauley Stein is such a dominating player that Lebron James has been quoted saying he will not exercise his player option until he knows which conference Willie Cauley Stein will be playing in.

Exactly right--why would I want my 6-11 265 pound C taking anything more than a mid range j or post up? They shouldve schooled him in the mid range instead of the 3 pt its a different trajectory. Keep him where he plays 14 feet and in.

I'm pretty sure they worked him out at every spot there is to see everything he can do.

I guess Steph curry is trash too because his numbers were awful in game 2 of the NBA finals. Also remind me of Russell's numbers in his last game, and also OK4s

he could give 2 shyts

Heck I thought it was something new at first.

Now I know why BRIGGS seems to be ignoring points we make. He may never have saw them. LOL.
What did he think we were talking about regarding WCS jumper?

:-)

and now he is giving himself a stein window

Hes going to be a 10-7-2 player--that what i said--I would NOT draft him 4 or 6etc.. He is below Towns Okafor Russell both Euros Winslow Kaminsky so youre talking 8 max. And then personally there are other scenarios where if I could trade down and get Mickey and Fuzaro for pick if I traded down to 7 or 8 or 9 and Kaminsky was gone etc... Id prefer it by a mile to Stein. Stein should be a decent player--but I have made it clear he is not my first or tenth choice.

You still keep going on about his numbers but his real value is in how he impacts your teams defense. He's the kind of big you can build your defense around. That's his value.

WCS is up around 4-6 in mocks for a reason. Analysts feels teams right behind us are interested in WCS for his defense.

Yep, people keep saying trade down to take him, but I don't know if you can risk it- Magic and Kings have been linked to him AND you have to worry about the Celtics and Pacers trading up to get him (they could do a deal with the Magic, Kings, Nuggets or Pistons).

Do you trade down if you have ok4 sitting at 4?

My answer is yes.....and that was before his shooting video. That was during the hype of him being number 1. I think anybody 5 or below would give us the world for a chance at picking him that low. See who is willing to give up the farm.....There's another Dolan out there just waiting. But thats been my position from day 1 (before I knew we were drafting 4th).....Just because he drops doesn't change that for me. I rather have a combination of WCS and Kaminsky (just as an example) over ok4! Grant and Kaminsky....Payne and WCS.....Winslow and WCS......Winslow and Kaminsky.....We can play this game all day.....

Towns is the only exception.... I think he has HOF potential.

If we trade down and get two 1st round picks back i would love to come away with two guys that supposedly Phil really likes in C.Payne and T.Lyles. I'm a big fan of both but just not a fan with the 4th pick but if we could come away with those two i'd be ecstatic.

Strange that they would release that stretch of shooting, though.

Willie Cauley Stein will be voted into the hall of fame the day after the draft.

These GM's are all playing the draft game and if they need to lie, cheat and steal to get the guy they want then they will. That's why i can't believe there's people on here that still believe everything they hear from some writer or so called draft expert. You can't believe ANYTHING you hear right now no matter who's saying it cause people are lying and being lied to right now so stop believing everything you hear people.

I read a report that Kaminsky will use his 4 inch vertical to "head but" the rim during pre game warmups.

He also said his arms have grown another 4 inches, so he should be mentioned with Stein, Towns and other great defensive players in the draft.

In fact, he's actually thinking about pulling out of the draft and head back to college for a 5th year.

College is where the real ballers play.

Wait a minute....Did I just find a post writen by Briggs that I agree with.

I wonder where you came up with that trade idea? Brillant......

Kaminsky and WCS are meant for each other.....

They would run circles around OK4.....

Unfortunately, we will have to sit Kaminsky in crunch time, during PnR small ball.....

If OK4 slides to 4th.....It should be an easy trade with somebody.....Even if a 3 team trade is needed. But I don't trust Phil or his staff to create something this complicated. Same thing if Russell falls. But I doubt we trade him.

To show you how much these videos really mean here is Kentan Facey a reserve F for Uconn(who was supposed to be Deandre Daniels 2) hit 18 3's a in row with perfect form. In real game play hes hit 4 in two years.

So its what you do in the game that really counts.

By the way look how fast Amida Brimah is end to end for a C. he blocks the shot at the end and is nearly the first guy down.
