Greg's is 25% of Cap for Max
Melo = 35% of Cap
Greg = 25% of Cap
Jose = 11% of Cap
J.R. = 10% of Cap
All of these are an emphatic

35% is bad, but just thinking of Jose and JR each being 10% is also very depressing. I've slammed Phil for Jose's contract recently. It does matter. These days fans talk about $6-7M per year like it is trip to McDonalds. In reality, a club cannot afford these contracts if they are not getting production out of the player. The Knicks are such a mess. Phil has so far dug a deeper ditch, not turn things around.
Yeah and some were alright justifying supersizing
Going for contracts like Andrea Bargnani[although he expires this season]
You have to be extremely cost conscious
The above contracts take up 81% of Cap
Between empty roster holds and other cap fodder add 7%
We'll have about 12-13% which equates to approx $5.5-6.5mil[Jeremy Lin territory]
I had to edit the above as I did not account for
Draft pick Cap $ probably around 6%
