Maybe, but Bosh didn't have the range Love has. Love came in with the ability to shoot threes. I haven't looked at his stats lately but I bet his Fta's are down along with his other numbers. His trips to the line and lack of inside touches is making him more of a catch and shoot player.

Yes. Those numbers are down (usage, points, rebounds assists, fta's). His TS is creeping up though (very good 57.6, and I am sure that it will get better).

Let him just be efficient with the reduced numbers, that's fine.

I didn't expect his rebounds to be down but it has only been 15-17 games in the season for most teams. His TS will more than likely get better as his shooting returns.

I do not expect his defense to improve which is what will separate him from Bosh. Bosh is not a world beater but he is good and better than most 4s plus he will not kill you when you go small. I have seen Cleveland play Love as the 5 and that is like playing Amar'e at the 5, PnRs will be the death of them. Also, there would be no rim protection when he is on the weak side.

what bosh does for the defense, he loses in rebounds. Love is a much better rebounder and that makes a diff on defense as well.

right now Shump is just an adequate defensive player and a below average offensive player.

He should be given the rest of the year. No one is sold on THJ as starting SG because of his glaring defiencies. Next year I want this....

Draft a big and get Reggie Jackson to play SG and break down defenses with his ability to score from anywhere and get to the line

Reggie Jax seems like a terrible 3 point shooter. I think that will hurt him. Love his aggression in general though.
