Donnie was on with Kay and said Dolan blame is not accurate. Dolan was at the Allstar game And met with Melo. Got Donnie on the phone wanting to know if he was pulling the trigger or not. Donnie said yes

My guess is Donnie felt the pressure as the deadline approach to do something. It's been the Knicks way up until now. No patience and no long term plan

Or just terrible at his job now that time has passed him by. He was not exactly hitting home runs during his last few years in Indiana, either. The only reason the Pacers are good is because of Larry Bird.

Are you suggesting that Signing Amare was a bad move? How about trading JJ and a first rounder to shed his salary?

Walsh was awful but then again, so was every other GM we had.

I am very excited to see what happens over the next couple of years. Should be a fun ride.

Yeah, we really could not catch a break these past two decades. I was skeptical of Donnie Walsh even when we first hired him and became more pessimistic when I heard his plan for 2015. For the first time in a long time, I am very optimistic about this franchise and its future. So lets go trade for Josh Smith!
