That would be based on his actions. He isn't smart enough to start his 5 best players. That's all I need to say about it.

And he isn't even able to provide a coherent explanation for why Amare isn't starting.

Cant provide a coherent explanation or doesn't want to provide one for pubic consumption? Perhaps he falls into the crowd that believes less of the Tyson, Melo, Stat combo is best. I dont agree, but that could be his reasoning and if it is, it would be wise not to share that opinion.

Intelligent people also learn daily, and its obvious that he learned from his mistake of not playing Stat down the stretch of the Miami game, and managed his mins a little better against the Cavs.

Yeah I just think that what we're seeing right now is the team actively looking for him since theres no Melo to go to. I dont know why they couldnt have nice balance before though.
Knicksfan: Hypocrite league that fines players after the game for flopping but in the game and with obvious flopping they call the fouls.

He looks so much more confident and seems more at ease out there. More free. Like he's the man again, offensively. Maybe it's a mental thing?

Stat looks good, but to keep things in perspective, he's doing this against a 6-6 Maxiel and Kyle Singler....I aint mad though
