Lets see how much lumping there really exists:

After this season.......Who do you think will win a championship first?

Rockets-Cap space and picks still left to do serious roster building
Denver-Picks, flex, managable cap and Youthier talent
Knicks-Melo is the cornerstone with Tyson
Clevelend-Uncle Drew, cap space, Utes, picks and Lebron might return?

Well we'll see if they keep the same roster. Personally, I think LeBron is good enough to make a team a contender on any team in the NBA. So, my assumption was with LeBron staying in Miami. A diminished Wade is still good enough to win a title and they will always pick up veterans who want to play for cheap every year, so I think it's possible. This year and next are near locks in my mind. If any team dethrones them in a particular year in the finals, it would be San Antonio. OKC can't beat them.

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

So the voting still looks pretty evenly divided in two lumps, eh? Apparently the UK force has grown strong with HardLin.
Absolutely nobody has faith in Nuggyoots/Cap Space/Gallo franchise player-movable piece, and only one vote for your data outlier, Uncle Drew? Interesting.

I picked the Knicks, surprise.

Does youth and space win out in the 5 year plan? Or is it the Boston approach that continues to prove out. It looks like it's neck and neck.
Would have been interested to see if someone would have voted for SanTone, another poll pick that would go against the generalmanager wannabe fantasy league lump.

I included the cavs as they headed to another lottery and maybe Varajao as a trading chip.

One can almost think that if they have the right pieces Lebron and Gilbert make up and "coming home" is really that and then some once Miami's run is done. Even a less than prime Lebron is going to be a very good player!

Rockets have a higher upside but Denver is better now and likley for another year.

Gallo is just one piece and paid as such. He is not a max player.

Funny you added the Cavs in there. I think if Knicks gets eliminated in the 1st round then they should approach the Cavs.

Melo for Speights, Tristan Thompson, Dion Waiters, Alonzo Gee, CJ Miles, 2013 1st round pick(4th overall), 2013 1st round pick(28th pick), 2013 2nd round pick(32nd overall), 2013 2nd round pick(34th pick)

Knicks just got rebuilt. Maybe we get lucky and get Marcus Smart.

Why would Cavs do it? Irving/Melo/Varejao core would be really good. It should open up some cap also so they can sign some UFAs.

Not sure if the Rockets have enough. Their best years (post-Olajuwon) were the Yao/McGrady years, but those two guys were never healthy at the right times to really get things done. Plus McGrady lacked the killer instinct and focus (with the same flawed "let's smile and celebrate too much" gene that Chris Webber also had).
