Five steals last game... He's a good player. A role player, but a good one nonetheless.

it's strange, but I bet all of us would LOVE Anderson if he only made $1M or was a rookie this year. Which is very strange cause we don't really pay his bill, unless you attend games (and if you do, just consider yourselves lucky )

Andrson's steals are negated by his to's. His defense is good against guys who like to go one-on-one on the wing. He can't guard a cutter for his life. And usually the guys who go one-on-one on the wing need a double team to be contained anyways. Penny just as good of a job guarding people in such situations. The only reason Anderson looks so good on D is because we are comparing to Houston, who is possibly one of the worst defensive guards ever to play for the Knicks. And Spree looked worse because he did not have the size to guard SF's so he got posted all the time. In other words Anderson sucks no matter how you spin it, he is just a very bad player.
