BTW, Blatch is going to be great this season.

N*ts looked like crap last nite as Boston was embarassed by N*t bench earlier this week and took it to them.

All teams have stinkers and preseason is a good time to have one. Im going to guess the team got a little full of itself with all the media attention and new arena. Would not put it past a good coach to promote an ass whooping (once apparent) to bring team down to earth and let leadership develope. N*ts looked out of sorts still with too much passing and no rhythm.

No different than any other team.

Boston was intense last nite. It works for them.

I agree that management was thinking the Knicks are the Melo and Stat show, mostly the former. And they don't want another scorer to come here. Another reason they let Lin go imo - this is Melo's team and it was turning into Lins (from a fans perspective).

As TKF said, we are pretty much "stuck" with this team for the next 3 years. We don't have much roster flexibility. Our only hope is: 1 - This team as constructed does something 2 - It does enough to attract min guys.

Or, the reason why Lin singed the poison pill contract because he wanted his own team...Lin saw his production go down when Woodon took over and slowed the pace. If Lin really wanted to be here he would would still be here imo...

Proof? I mean what was Lin to do? The Knicks didn't make him and offer and told him to go out and get one. What should he have done? It was Houston - solely, who changed the offer.

Yeah, he could have been here if he at least had gotten an offer.

I get my proof from the same place tkf gets his proof that Melo orchestrated the trade of Lin, traded himself to the Knicks and personally fired MDA eventhough he quit...

or, he could have waited like Novak and others did. He didn't have to jump at the first contract offered to him. He could have stated something like his goal is to remain an Knick and would prefer not to test the waters. If he had waited a bit, the would have signed him. Houston intentionally upped the ante figuring (rightly) that it would get them their man.

I'm not made at either party but, he could have simply waited. When it's stated that the Knicks weren't opposed to him signing the contract, that's because the original contract wasn't a cap killer. Then Houston (as I said) upped the ante changing the entire dynamics.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt
