Brown is brutal on his points. Jordan did not want to pay him. They made the playoffs in charlotte once upon a time.

Listen if Melo plays over his head this year I will be the first to give him credit. Until then all this talk from all the players is the same thing we here every year. We were going to win the east last year after we added Chandler remember?

Yeah but the team has upgraded a lot. Start with the coach and go down the list. The Knicks are a much better team this year and they have a lot of depth.

Fair Point. Im behind all out players HOWEVER i want the talking to stop and the good results needs to happen especially that we have a "win now" team

Its a money argument and Lin did the smart thing and made a grab.

Recently I was thinking about when MDA wanted to trade Melo for Deron Williams before he stepped down. The common viewpoint was that he was trying to get rid of Melo because he was stopping the offense. But thinking about it more adding Williams would have regulated Lin to the bench and probably made him more of a SG in the Barbosa role. MDA probably thought that Williams would upgrade the point guard play while Lin off the bench as a scorer could replace some of what Melo brought to the table in terms of scoring pts. MDA might have started to view Lin as more of combo guard just letting him score, pass, and make plays but not really run the point.

Reguardless if thats true or not, that would mean taking PG duties away from Lin. So does that mean that MDA felt Lin was more of a combo guard?

Yet bringing in Williams would have eatin Lin's mins and regulated him to the bench or more of off guard role. Y would you make that move if Lin is your PG.
