![]() I like this quote from Felton:
This will be the most talented team that Felton has ever played on. As a point guard, having weapons like Carmelo Anthony, Amar’e Stoudemire and Tyson Chandler makes the job easier. However, Felton will also have to spread the ball around and make sure he’s distributing shots evenly. He says he’s ready to take on Anthony and Stoudemire, and run the offense as he sees fit. http://www.hoopsworld.com/nba-saturday-felton-reviving-career-in-new-york The problem with guys like Lin and Fields was that because they were so young, they always seemed to defer to Melo and Amar'e- Felton can pull them back into line if needed. |

![]() Glad that he's getting in shape and motivated. To me it's a red flag though. The only thing you need to do in the off season is stay/get in shape to play the sport you love, and you can't even do that? To me that shows he's not mentally strong; he needs to be coddled and put in the perfect situation to succeed. There's nothing wrong with that. I think Woodson will be a great mentor for Felton and JR.
