Melo does not need help on his post game. He's one of the best post players in the game. He needs to play D and for people around him to hit shots.

Exactly. You always improve your strengths. Also, Hakeem was an undersize Center that used quickness to beat defenders. Melo is a 3 that used some of his quickness but mostly his strength to beat up 3s. He needs to work on using quick moves especially if they plan on uses him at the 4 at times. Plus Melo will probably come in as light as he has been since his rookie year.
