The whole finals, I kept thinking, if only Novak was able to hit treys in the first round vs. Miami the way the Battier and Mike Miller played in the finals. Why didn't the Thunder close out on Battier and Miller, the way the Heat closed out on Novak in the playoffs. Really do not understand OKC's inability to defend the three point line. The Heat were outstanding at nullifying Novak, and never left him open.

Otherwise, why didn't they put Ibaka on James? Someone bigger to defend, since Harden was way too small. The Thunder, Durant and Harden in particular, need to beef up. No more looking like you've never done any weight training. These guys need to grow up and bulk up.

NOOOOOO! Jamal Crawful sucks, he's a poor man's JR Smith. My preference is someone who can shoot from range consistently.

We didn't have anyone that could penetrate and Dish like Miami does. It's easy to get guys like Battier and Miller open looks becaus eso much attention needs to be paid to LeBron and Wade. I'll bet OKC was willin gto let Battier, Chalmers, etc have a few open looks because they didn't expect them to shoot like they did. They should've adjusted to a zone but didn't.

All Miami had to do against us was guard Melo and make sure their rotations to Novak were good. It also didn't helo that JR couldn't hit any shots.

Things will be TOTALLY different next year if we can bring in some help like Nash and Odom. The Heat won't be able to totally focus on one player and STAT, Tyson etc will have PG's that can make the pass on time. I think the Knicks will matchup very well against the Heat. Melo already showed that he can have big games against them, but with more talent around him it will make things easier for him than they were in the 1st rd this year.

YES! I'm hoping we dig into the under 30 crowd for the MLE and use the vet mins for the vets. Let some other team waste their $$'s on the older guys still raking in the cash.

He is absolutely worth it for us...He played incredible defense for us...He took over games for us at time...If you look at the playoffs, we need players who isn't afraid of the moment like lots of players we have seen disappear in the playoff...He is an essential bench player...I'm really surprised at the vitriol he gets from this board...A player who can get his own shot off and plays defense are few and far between...

He is absolutely not worth it for us did you happen to watch the playoffs? Like I said if he wants to pick up his option then tahts fine but he isnt worth more. We need to now look into nash, allen, kidd, felton. we need a good back pg and we need another shooter not a streaky shooter like JR

He plays good D, and can create his own shot....but he is not a good shooter. We need guys that can sink jumpers. He's just too streaky and will keept shooting even if he's 2-15

I like Lee because he can defend and handle the ball some. I think Marco is one dimensional and offers little else besides outside shooting. Of course, I'd rather have J.R. Smith over both of them. Kirk Hinrich and Randy Foye would also be nice—combo guys who play defense and swing between the one and two.

Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. Not enough is bad, and too much is never enough except when it's just about right. - The Tick

Nash and Kidd is 40 years old, we need a vet who can play heavy minutes...You can't ask a rookie like LIn to compete in the type of basketball on a level we saw the last two weeks...Ray Allen would definitely be a great addition which makes JR and Novak expendable...I'm ok with that IF Allen signs...But resigning JR does nothing to your cap...We don't have many options out there...

I have no idea what these teams plans are, but I would reach out and see what the status is on Batum in Portland, and Rush in GS before deciding on anything.
After that I would make a call to Danny Green's agent before Lee's or Belinelli's.
I would call Ray Allen to see how that arthroscopic surgery is working out and wish him the best of luck for the last few years of his career.

like i said player option is fine but he is not worth using the whole midlevel on him. I mean you are probably the only fan willingg to do that lol. Also Nash is probably in better shape then guys 10 years younger. Now I love lin but if we could get nash and have lin as a back up then it would HUGE
