a ton for the first couple of years. And he still would generate trade interest from southern CA teams because of that.

Does anyone know what the sign and trade rules are for restricted free agents under the new CBA? I.e. Can the Knicks pull a Kenyon Martin and trade Lin to a team under the cap for draft picks?
