conjecture - is a proposition that is unproven but is thought to be true and has not been disproven.

Therefore, thinking something, though quite logical and possible or, even probable and/or appears to be correct, is "conjecture".

Or may be reading comprehension will help. I said him not wanting Melo was a CONCLUSION based on his own expressed opinion of not liking selfish players. I didn't say it was a conjecture.
