Yes, we must replace him. Will people say he really didn't get a chance to run the team at full season? Well look at the players who he didn't really give a chance. Anthony Randolph and Hill who was traded to Houston to name a few. He is a stubborn man who refuse to change. Melo and Amare are defensive risks so we must build around them good shooters and great defensive players and a Big Big defensive and good shooting Center.

Douglas didn't get out of the dog house until Walsh traveled with the team to evaluate the players and coaching staff on the March Texas road trip that year. Toney got lucky that Walsh was still healthy enough to travel.
