If we lose I want blobman out as game thread maker. He has like a 1-15 game thread record.

Also, THE MOZ!

Someone want to tell me what is going on with Felton?

Would like to see them push the tempo more. Wish D'Antoni had pulled stat before he got that 3rd foul. Moz is looking good out there, still rough around the edges but at least it looks like he belongs in the NBA.

Fields is showing some nice inside moves. Its great to see a rookie adding moves in his first season. You see guys coming into the league who essentially have the same game for their entire career and don't feel the need to work on it.

Amare & Mozgov playing zero defense inside & Gallo/Wilson providing zero offense has us trailing this game

Definitely going to be in trouble when Amar'e picks up that 4th foul. Hopefully Gallo flips the switch at halftime and drives more in the 2nd half.
Glad to see Timo doing well out there. Just keep him away from Blake's nuts for one more half and we can call this a success.

Does it have some sort of gravitational field?

Actually, the guards are playing 0 defense on the outside, which draws the big men to them and leaves players wide open for the easy shot down low.

Mozgov has not been protecting the paint as he usually does and he needs to do that. He is being pushed to the perimeter on the defensive end. If he stays underneath and is a presence down low it will help us a lot.

Still, the entire team defense has been awful as usual. Felton looks like he barely tries to stay in front of his man at this point. Fields is okay but still a rookie. Douglas is always going for steals and missing them half the time. We need better perimeter defense to improve the low post defense. We know Amare is not going to be Dwight Howard so it is up to Mozgov to protect the paint.

Glad to see Timo doing well out there. Just keep him away from Blake's nuts for one more half and we can call this a success.

Timo has been the beneficiary of some nice looks from his teammates underneath for easy dunks, but he's playing crappy defense on D Jordan on the other end & not boxing out... instead of worrying about Blake's nuts, Timo needs to learn how to start playing with some.

Part of it might be that he is afraid to get into foul trouble, he was a fouling machine not too long ago. Still should do more to challenge shots though.

he has left D Jordan wide open underneath the basket for easy dunks & hasn't been boxing out or battling for defensive rebounds like he should be doing... he's also way too committed on showing out on help D & completely loses track of his man, i've seen him do that a few times already... i know the guy's still learning i don't expect him to be a defensive stud, but these are things he definitely needs to work on.
