In a recent Interview on THE MDA SHOW, he said that the worse thing about coaching was not being able to play certain guys and develope them, and how developing players usually gets coaches FIRED..
It's a double edge sword for any coaches depending on the team situation (winning, rebuilding..). Obviously this is AR first year with the system but barring melo trade I think he can be better in year two of the system when the coaches have more time during the summer to really develop him into the system. But I do agree with TMS in certain teams in certain situation he can be develop within live games (i.e. phoenix and toronto)
