It's a double edge sword for any coaches depending on the team situation (winning, rebuilding..). Obviously this is AR first year with the system but barring melo trade I think he can be better in year two of the system when the coaches have more time during the summer to really develop him into the system. But I do agree with TMS in certain teams in certain situation he can be develop within live games (i.e. phoenix and toronto)

Guys keep asking the question why don't coaches play these young guys that aren't ready. This is your answer right there. In many situations coaches cannot afford to have a player making mistakes out there
