Yeah, the idea of two lesser talents giving you the same production as one beast rarely holds up.

Were a guy like Melo could kill you is when you have him as top dog and hand him the keys to the team. (Hi Steph.) But in this case he'd be a second or third tier leader - a tri captain - who would not dictate the tone of the squad.

I think Amare, Felton and Melo would ball together, and it's not for nothing Amare wants him.

we are 100% on the same page on this one Blue... i think having Amare & Felton's leadership in place is key here... w/o that, then i would also have my concerns over bringing Melo in to be our top dog & annointed leader, but he wouldn't have to take on that role here... he just needs to get in Amare's truck.
