So what are you saying not to be happy about this? And that fact they we lost those games cause Chaney played Eisley over Frank Williams makes a big difference. Everyone see's that and so do u but u just refuse to admit it. That's what is unbelievable.

Maybe we dont lose those games anymore.
Be happy sure, a win is a win, but remember when Chaney was coaching how we won was more important than if we won. Hawks just played worst than us tonight whoop de damn do.

Notes from tonights game: Harrington is terrible-makes unbelievably bad fouls Houston may be a great foul shooter but in the clutch he always misses at least one We need tall, athletic players on this team
who are you, Clifford?

heh, I like notes.

Man, what an ugly win. Can't imagine a less impressive road win. Not complaining, but clearly we need to get a lot better. I think we will, with more trades or without, as we get some more practices under our belt.

I'm wondering if Zeke made the move for Wilkins before this easy streak on purpose to give him some time to get his sets together while stealing some wins. Luck or design, the timing's working out just right. But, man, ... ugly!

Whatever... I am glad we got the win.

No boo-hooing necessary, playa. All the real Knicks fans are glad to see a win.

It's time to get on another streak! GO KNICKS!
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

Benard nice observation, Dolan and Zeke sat down and figured out how they could bring in a semi-retired 66 yr old coach and try not to make him look too bad by looking at the schedule a head of time and at the same time sell some tickets and try to resusitate the Garden.

right now he's on ir, he really needs to get his body in shape and work with aguirre on his inside moves before he's ready for the nba
fishmike 9/27/2024 11:00 PM Ug I hate this. The idea of Towns is great until you see what a pussy he is. Jules is a dog. DD was a flamethrower locked up cheap for 3 more years. First Leon move I hate

it was in the papers in the morning that he liked what he saw with Frank in practice and that the team functions better with him.

ugly but good win, Good playing by frankie and Steph rescues us late with 10 points in the quarter. He took over like a staris supposed to..

This is a game that we lose before the marbury trade...It feels good to have a guy like him with the ability to take games over...

As people have pointed out, Frank probably still had a bit of an injury...I find it kinda hard to believe that 1 game he is are starting point guard who everybody thinks can turn the team around, to a player whose 3rd in the pg rotation

Frank can play a few signifant minutes as a defensive stopper when the opposing team in going on a run and he's also good on the offensive end. By the way, I love it how whenever a team goes on a run Lenny calls a timeout. The man is experienced!

People need to understand that this team is in a transition period. Games we win now are steals, we must take the wins as they are. Only after the all star break will we see the team play to its full potential and Lenny's full potential as well. Like somebody said (I think its was Kore) A WIN IS A WIN IS A WIN.
That said, props for KVH with a bounceback game. Props for FW not desapoinintg Lenny for putting his trust into him. When did FW become a 3pt specialist lol. Doleac looks better and better every game. Today he actually made a couple of post moves lol. Marbury took us on his back. Everything else was negative ofcourse, but at least we got a W.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

good point Simrud. Lets hope so. I think they will definitely make the playoffs but hopefully they gell well enough at the end of the regular season so they do some serious damage.

We were going to the playoffs before the last trade even with a bad coach , so why all the gloating over that ? The East stinks! Let's make predictions on how far we will go after the MARBURY TRADE.
