From what I can gather, it seems Turiaf sprained his knee then continued to re-sprain it every time he made any attempt to come back, and then somewhere amongst all that he had an ankle injury too. Whats worrying is that the first report of the sprained knee injury was way back in October, and yet even in May he had to cancel playing in the world championships because it still hadn't recovered and he feared it may need surgery. Worrying!

Azubuike is also cause for concern because I think after his initial injury, he had an operation in May to deal with tendenitis, and then there was a report saying he was healing very slowly and may need further surgery or may not be 100% by the start of the season.

But then I read other reports that say they'll both be fine, so I'll adopt that care free, delusional attitude for now...
