Great game two - Lakers/Thunder. Right down to the wire. Thunder had their chance with 2 3s in the final min - one to take the lead (Durant), the other to tie right at the end (Green). Thunder played much better tonight than they did in game 1. What did they have like 20 blocks or some ****??? Wow! Ibaka had at least 7 of them - that kid's a player. Glad to see he was in there at the end. Good move by Brooks. One minor adjustment I'd make for game 3 on Thursday - I wanna see more Sefolosha on Kobe - that guy's a great man-to-man defender and really seems to make it tough on Kobe. He flat out does a better job of guarding him than Jeff Green does. Next game, if Green's not supply any offense, I want more Sefolosha. Sefolosha ain't even that bad an offensive player as well...Otherwise, the Thunder did a great job -- they were right there with a chance to win this game on the road. All you can ask...Durant was much better tonight but still, he's got to figure out a way to get better shots when it really counts. Quite a few times this series he's taken a few deep step back jumpers that went for airballs with Artest all over him and tonight, I think he could've gotten a much better shot than that contested 3 with 15 secs left -- this guy's a tremendous scorer, he actually lead the entire league in scoring -- he can't settle for bad shots like that...I can't wait for Thurs and game 3!! Oklahoma City is far from dead here. That's one great young team...One game at a time now. If they can get game 3 there will be a big swing in momentum. I'd love to see them take both at home and come back to LA tied at 2. If that happened, who knows?? There would be a lot of pressure on the Lakers in a deciding game 5. The Thunder could come back in a game 5 loosey-goosey and just let it fly. Nobody would expect them to even be there...

he'd actually take playing time away from ibaka who gives them more of what they need - defense and shotblocking ability

No team will beat orlando

I hit on duke in the NCAAs and orlando will be the champs. Bynum cannot stay healthy and without Bynum they dont have enough.

No he wouldn't. Ibaka could start at center and Lee at PF. Green could come off the bench.

eh i don't like that. i think green is a very good glue starter. 15pts, 6rebs, 1blk, 1stl.

more so i don't understand what lee would give the thunder? they don't need another player taking 17ft jumpers, they have enough of those and ibaka/collison can more than handle the rebounding load and much more cheaply.

Too bad they have 0% chance of winning this series.

Watching this Bulls Cavs game is really hard to do and remain a NBA fan. Bulls had outplayed the Cavs all nite so how does the officials respond. Lebron and his Cavs are outright mugging the Bulls now to get back into the game and the Bulls aren't getting any calls or going to the line meanwhile the refs are sending the Cavs to the FT line if the Bulls actually tries to defend. Stern is going to want to burn this evidence ASAP.

Dam Bulls are GARBAGE.

Now the Cavs finish them off in Cleveland and make some extra cash in the process. Sweeps are NOT profitable.

Like i said earlier in this thread, this Laker-Thunder series is going to go deep. Did anyone witness that atmosphere last night? Craziness, that's going to be a tough place to win. It wouldn't surprise me to see this series go strictly home court for 7 games. The key for OKC will be are they going to be able to get guys like Green and Harden to show up on the road in this series?

Westbrook is going to continue to abuse these Laker guards. They just can't stay in front of him. Watching Derek Fisher try and stay in front of Westbrook at this point in his career reminds me of watching a 50 year old Gary Payton try to stay in front of Tony Parker in the playoffs for the Lakers a few years ago. At this point in his career, its just not possible. If Durant can shoot it better, look out

Plus i really don't think Kobe is healthy enough to be efficient offensively, hes not shooting well at all of late and that finger has to be bothering him.

They did well. But it's only one game. I still don't see it as a long series.

I dont understand why the Heat do not try to get the Ball to Beasley. Dude gets hot then they go away from him. Stupidest team ever.

LOL at Wade jacking a ill advised 3 then falling out.

I hope Wade's ****ty team gets swept out. They'll probably win Game 4 and lose in 5 but I hope they get swept. I hate his smug ass. Quentin Richardson and I hate Miami. Screw him. I'd rather see KG's annoying ass and Paul Pierce's punk ass advance than see Miami in the 2nd round.

Pretty crazy that Brandon Roy's back playing after having surgery only 9 days ago to repair a torn meniscus in his knee. Months ago a buddy of mine just had a similar procedure done (repair of the meniscus) and he couldn't even walk for like 3 months. Only recently, after many sessions of very painful physical therapy to break through scar tissue that had built up, has he gotten around to walking on his own w/o crutches and/or a cane...I'm happy for Roy -- it really is unbelievable when you think about it...Again only 9 DAYS AGO and the man's playing professional basketball again!!! Astonishing but at the same time, it seems kinda risky to me. Portland and Roy really are rolling the dice here a little bit...I hope they all know what they're doing...

You just knew Oklahoma City was gonna make this a series -- everyone from Charles Barkley on down was saying they were too young -- nonsense. Everything seems to be clicking for them now & at the right time -- they're getting it from their two stars and also getting some solid contributions off the bench with guys like Ibaka (he's been great the whole series), now Harden, Maynor... My man Sefolosha plays good defense...All they really gotta do now is figure out a way to get Jeff Green going...All it took was a little home cookin' for the Thunder and now we got the big momentum swing. They've looked better and better each game in this series..The Thunder easily could've won one of those first two games in LA and they weren't playing nearly as well as they are now (Durant was terrible in game one and they got nothing from everyone except Westbrook, yet they were right there)...Holding serve at home was huge for them...I said Thunder in an upset before it all started and I stand by that..

They're also set up for a really nice off-season -- not only are they a good $15+ million under the cap but they have a chance to add 3 very good players (4 total) in a loaded draft. They're slated to pick 21, 26, 32 & 51. Wow..Who's better than a Thunder fan right now??? Meanwhile if I'm Donnie Walsh, when the time comes I'm calling to see if they're open to trading any of those picks, esp. the first 3..

OKC is playing on pure Adrenaline. I doubt they beat the Lakers at home. Lakers total lack of a bench is what is hurting them. Orlando bench is solid this year.

They won 50 games this season... it isn't all Adrenaline.
