So even more inefficient tonight that usual.

But hey, you're the rookie point guard and taking the most shots of anyone on your team... no red flags there.

nope, he looks absolutely nothing like AI or Steph... that's Steve Nash if i ever saw him.

guys...scott skiles is a disciplinarian coach. if he's allowing jennings to take shots and still continue to play him, then it's for a reason.

this is a guy who got career years out of duhon + hinrich and who have both played worse under different coaches.

Would've been perfect for D'anphoney!!!

lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

Root for your players !!

Fcuking Haters!!

it's probably tough for seb + playa to root for players that don't, well, play.

Kind of hard to take from a guy who admittedly jumped ship, but whatever. Anyway, I root for the blue and orange and the name on the front of the jersey. Doesn't matter what the name is on the back of the jersey.

Why bother using logic. Jennings was passive in the 2nd and he got yanked. Who else was going to take shots on the Bucks? Warrick and Boute. Jennings came out aggressive in the 3rd and played the entire qtr. Obviously Jennings was playing as instructed or he would have been sitting next to Ridnour who played like 2 minutes in 4th before getting yanked. Skiles is a no non-sense coach, you dont follow directions and you will sit.

This is what I have been saying, he can't coach that well so he needs a coach on the court...Jennings was his man !

who are we kidding, kid woulda found himself collecting DNP-CD's for half the season if we drafted him & guys around here would be railing on & on about how they don't see any thing special in his game... probably be proposing trade ideas for guys like Gilbert Arenas at this point.

Did anyone notice how bad the Bucks looked when Jennings sat? Did no one notice our runs coincided with Jennings sitting?

He would be our leader for the next 10 yrs kenny anderson /nate archibald right in gotham city, instead we are forced to watch bread pudding run the point. Jennings wills his team to win and is a Leader, we need a leader now!

I wonder if Walsh got even more pale after watching Jennings play.

Gallinari shoots a poor percentage...the word is "He makes them when the shots count" (Sometimes).

Jennings made the plays when they couted. And by the way, who else was going to shoot the ball initiate and make plays? This kid Jennings is a keeper, stop trying to find anything to pick at. He's had less to work with all season than the Knicks with major injuries to the best players on the Bucks and his team is better than the KNicks. The record doesn't lie.

That's what I saw oohah. His perimeter game isn't there yet but the guy is basically a one and done player. I think he is younger than Gallo, so if we can use the rookie and young excuse for Gallo and Hill you got to do the same for him. But I will say this he was the major reason why the Bucks won tonight. Just got done watching the game and man there was no answer for his penetration in the 3rd quarter. How many Knick players tried but couldn't do a thing with him. Bucks got themselves a player and a blue chip prospect. The guy did it without the high price players on the court too. On the flip side Hill with a DNP-CD next to his stat line. You would think that Hill was the younger less experience player.

I don't like to play bad rookies , I like to play good rookies - Mike D'Antoni

Nothing in Jennings play made me feel sorry we didn't pick him, although I thought he recovered fairly decent from his chitty first half. What I can't figure out is how Hill and Dougie stayed glued to the bench.

Jennings racked up 8 assists feeding Charlie Bell, Carlos Delfino, Hakim Warrick, and Mah Boute. Did I mention they won. No Bogut and Ridnour played bad and they still won. Yea Jennnings is a scrub.

Brandon would have been a good asset on a rookie contract, and an immediate upgrade on any of our point guards... he would have been as close to getting something for nothing as we could get.

Centers are in short supply but take a long time to develop. If our goal was to make our team look like a decent home for an upcoming free agent this off season, we would have been much better off with Jennings/Lawson over Jordan Hill. Jordan Hill might take longer than his rookie contract to actually mature into a usable piece... best possible scenario for him I think is a good Center but after his rookie contract is over... at which point he'd be competing against other free agent Centers available that year.

To me, this was a critical mistake in our draft strategy... knowing that we needed to make our team look good this year to entice a free agent, we still drafted a Center, and Centers typically take years to develop. Drafting a PG would have been the smarter decision considering they have a much higher chance to have a positive impact in their first year.

Rose is not the answer.

Who said he was a scrub? I didn't. I simply said I have no regrets we didn't pick him. Other rookies have played better against us this year like Derozan, Gibson, Beaubois so no biggie he didn't standout. He played sufficient enough to get the W, that's it.

Jennings is the 2nd best player on the Bucks and their best player didnt play most of the games. Those other guys you named arent the top 5 players on their team. Come on man.

Draft position is really irrelevant to standing out. Some nights these rookies look like the best player on their teams and best players on the floor period. Jennings wasn't special tonight and definitely nowhere near the level of play he talked up before the game.

What is "special"? Does he have to play like Kobe Bryant? He sliced the Knicks up and took over the game in the second half. They could not stop him and he set up his teammates and warped the defense. felt pretty special to me for a 19-20 year old rookie kid.
