We miss FT's. We miss some good looking shots,I'm not in full support of mikes decisions some times, but I know for sure nate, is a chemistry killer at some crucial points in the game

Lee was drafted by the Knicks the same year, isn't he also a part of that said losing culture.

Lee is not a knuckle head and really tries on defense, especially playing out of position. He has gotten better each season. He's been mention as a possible all star this season by a lot of people, not just MSG employees

probably a lot of factors why I don't care for Nate, but the fact that he really is the same player since day 1 is what really bothers me. I am looking at stats and they don't really help either way (on the change bit) but with Lee you can say that he added something each season. What has Nate added or improved dramatically?

And to add on top of that all of the personality stuff that a coaching staff has to deal with...

Yeah I remember watching some TommyDee video of training camp (I no longer read/watch anything he posts) and Nate bumping chests with D Lee and others after he hit a 3. It was a celebration fit for a game winning basket and totally uncalled for. What's more it can lead to injury. Don't take it wrong I admire Nates' talent and energy. I just think he needs to mature and from what I have seen and read there is little evidence that that is ocurring.

Bill Simmons on Tyreke Evans "The prototypical 0-guard: Someone who handles the ball all the time, looks for his own shot, gets to the rim at will and operates best if his teammates spread the floor to watch him."

It's like he said "I can't wait for toinghts game" with some type of secret wish for the Knicks to lose so he can prove some type of point!!!

I have criticized Lee and Nate many times before and never particularly liked
either one. But to not recognize what Lee is doing would be an act of denial.
Huge props to Davi for his improved game (he even gets one of the two "D"s in his name back!!

Nate on the other hand has shown no desire to change anything and I have mo issues with him being on the bench. All the talent in the world wontt get you a ring without descipline and maturity, look at Kobe prior to last year after Shaq being traded. In his case he did learn and is seeing the results. Nate has nowhere near the same level of talent but has the same "Me" first attitude. I am gonna call him Menate from now. If he keeps this up he should be traded IF anyone will take him, I still have doubts. Else keep him buried on the bench his effectivity is not in question and he doesn't need to be showcased.

TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

nate looks like a different player out on the court. everyone wants to complain about him sitting and miked not playing him, but the dude was turning into a cancer and now he seriously looks like is ready and can help this team and not just jack up shots.

agreed.

seems like nate might have been playing for his next contract early in the season and d'antoni called him on it. hope nate can keep contributing like this - he's probably our best guard.

the benching had nothing to do w/Nate's play tonight, please... he's had games like this before... when he's on his game like he is tonight, he's literally unstoppable... he's also gonna give u games where u wanna strangle him... that's just who he is... benching him to teach him some kinda lesson for that long a time was overkill... we could have used that type of spark off the bench vs. the Spurs & the Nets, but some of u guys seemed to think he couldn't contribute to a win or were too afraid to criticize anything MDA was doing... it's a good thing Bender couldn't play tonight & Hughes was playing like crap of late otherwise Nate would still have been planted on the bench & MDA would still be making up some more BS about it being nothing personal.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

from hahn's twitter
Hold up with the D'Antoni criticism. Nate himself admitted the benching made him think about his antics. Let's see if he has truly learned.

i cant explain the landry sighting, and no hill. thats bothering me a great deal... maybe next game he will put in hill for 30+ and then nate gets dnp-cd again. cant tell what the coach is going with.
