It is different.....especially cuz the Knicks have been 8-3 and when Nate was yukking it up we were 1-9.

If you do your job, you have a lot more freedom than a person that doesn't do their job.

A good worker gets more passes than a bad worker. It's simple. Is no conversation here.

And besides, noone doubts D'Antoni is all-in with this team, he shows his passion on a play-by-play basis. Nate.....not so much.

TMS, say you are boss of company. You have worker that gets all his work done professionally, timely manner. You let him maybe take extra smoke break, break a few rules. Then you have other worker who sucks at his job, does not take it seriously, and he want extra smoke break. You give it to him? If you give it to him, you crazy, your company fail.

Rules are mostly for the weak-character jerk-people. If someone shows they are winning-brain, you let him work how he want to work.

I get sad if I, in a leadership position, have to enforce any type of bureaucracy on my squad. Is sad.

But is true. If you run business, you want to micromanage your employees or let them get their job done?

Rule enforcement is a burden, not a fun exercise. The less rules you must enforce, the less employees you have to baby, the more efficient your enterprise is.

Strong, high-character employees that get their job done are a boon not a bad thing.
