(deep breath) It ain't your money.

besides, 12 million dollars will never bring his son back or erase the memory of a home invasion.

Personally, I'm cheering every single step he makes in the right direction. Loudly.

what does his salary have to do with any of that? i was just sayin'.

plus, everyone wants him to do well, it would be inhumane if the reverse was true.

Don't worry, blob, that's just Earl's holier-than-thou approach to try to make you feel like **** about something you didn't say.

personally and it's just my opinion, I think MikeD is going to use Curry if he proves he can play because in the end I think D'Antoni wants to win. In Phoenix he got close not using the center I think he became ignorant to the fact that if he tweaked things a bit by utilizing the center he could have had more success.

In the end right now, the Knicks offense is pretty ****ty, alot of that having to do with the players on the team and I think Curry will be utilized if he proves he can stay on the floor and play.

He used to look like two different people.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

He used Zbo in the low post before we traded him, so I'm sure he'll use Curry.

Is this not the story of the Phoenix rising from the ashes? Seriously, this is scary good. The guy has talent and the capability to play some defense, being leaner might make him try to jump and block shots for a change.

Ironic that he might actually help turn this team around. At least there is a chance... If he plays good the options are endless as then he isn't just a bad contract but, dare I say, an asset.

1.) I worry about the weekend warrior syndrome. He really hasn't worked out hard in a long....let's be honest........in forever. We know what happens to weekend warriors that take time off and then work out hard. Often times they get injured. Let's hope that Eddie can stay healthy

2.) If he is healthy and as good as he was before I would still trade him. Having him earn that next contract and then relaxing again would be a disaster for us. I really do think that his time here has passed. And let me be honest again, I don't trust him

3.) I am happy for him at this point. He obviously has worked hard. I root for him to have a great season, get traded, have more great seasons with someone else and hopefully enjoy basketball and have a great life. In another state.

I just hope that people will like me

Bip I think that GM's will have the same doubts you have and thus he'll still ge here next yr. I also think that this time is different than before. This is the best shape he's been in as a Knick and I think it proves the team needs to directly monitor his offseason work and no one else. We all know he's got the talent his desire has been the question. He stepped up and showed some desire.

Proof of Curry's new profound conditioning, effort, and desire will be in the rebounds.

If he averages 9-10rebs a game then that is what shows me that he is really dedicated. At least dedicated to trying to get a new contract. If he still averages 5-6 rebs a game, then its the same old Curry.

I don't expect him to do that right off the bat. But after about 2 weeks of playing regular mins that's when the test begins.

He could really do some damage to if he really wants it. There is going to be a lot of space for him to operate with Gallo on the perimeter. With his size and quickness for his size. There are going to be so many offensive rebounding and one on one scoring opportunities on the block without plays being draw up for him. All he has to do is be in good shape and play with effort and he could be successful. Not expecting Shaq, but a guy that causes problems for defenses because of his size and quickness along with the space he will be able to work under. We should not look to run the ball through the post with him. Let him get his points off put offensive rebounds, put backs, tip ins, receiving the ball after the PG breaks down the defense. Id rather have Gallo, Hughes, Douglas, Nate create then Curry.

I don't know how he is going to play on defense though and im not expecting much out of him there.

My question to you nixluva is how does he go from fat bastard to "best shape he's been in as a Knick" in 5 weeks?
Doesn't that concern you a bit? Sure you can lose weight in 5 weeks, but you don't go from being out-of-shape
to NBA WORLD CLASS PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE shape in 5 weeks.

Remarkably well put Bip. I'm impressed. It just shows what you're capable of when you expend a little effort.

I am under the impression that fast eddy has been using the diet pills again.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.
