Okay, fair enough, and this is the last time I post in this thread (for real).
I don't mean disrespect but I am simply being honest in what I know of those of Greek descent that I have met in "real life". Be it New Jersey, New York, Boston, and Florida (Melbourne region). I have found them all to be how I described, and at the same time, very nice and accommodating people.
I know them to be as I described. I was simply defending GKF apparent abrasive attitude based on what I have experienced with his "fellow countrymen" and suggested that his attitude probably isn't mean to come across as nasty as it does - again - given on what I have experienced in my useless 36 years on this ball of dirt.
I think my comments were taken the wrong way - for various reasons - and that's a shame that people can't be more open with the simple truth of life. I was in no way disrespecting anyone I was simply commenting on a way of life as I have seen it.
If that's so harmful then well, **** me I guess.
But...I don't live in a sensitive world. I live in a world and am surrounded with people, and always have been throughout my travels, with people that are real, genuine, speak their minds, and have no problem discussing issues without getting offended.
And that's just what it is.
So, well, whatever I guess.....on to watching the Knicks - and probably switching to the Yanks if the Knicks prove to suck ass again early on.
