Posted by Olbrannon: Nice post. TD seems like a solid prospect. I, however, want to see how his scoring translates in the NBA. In college, he seemed to have a good mid-range game. Can he do that in the NBA? He will need to because his first step looks only average to me. He can get by people, but he is not a cross-you-over fly to the hole type player. The only thing I can say I like about him now is that he seems to know how to run an offense without turning the ball over. That fact should get him some PT before the year is over. Trust the Process

--chastises self for thread hi-jacking...warning to ops this is an off topic post and should likely moved LOL---
FSU was on probation that year. But they went 1-1 against JU iirc But Cowens wasn't on the NCAA team for FSu's run though Artis and 'Afro' were Morgan was a player and many of those guys had long ABA careers *peers back into the fog* Wasn't this when Walton came to UCLA and Wooden finally did away with the 'freshman sit first year' thing? A stroll down memory lane for some http://www.theacc.com/sports/m-baskbl/spec-rel/033007aab.html Remember this was before the 3 point line and Ron King was as good as Pistol Pete before the knees slowed him. He loved the deep corners anmd still argues that all Durham had to do was feed him the ball and they would have won. Bill Simmons on Tyreke Evans
"The prototypical 0-guard: Someone who handles the ball all the time, looks for his own shot, gets to the rim at will and operates best if his teammates spread the floor to watch him."
