I think Jordan Hill will be all right but comparing him to Stoudemire---started with Dantoni and a few others--they drink the kool aid.

We shouldve taken Dejuan Blair at 29 hell we shouldve taken him at 8.

Hill has some vertical issues. He shots seem to get block rather too easy when he is right under the hoop.
This is what I told people about him. Yet people see Chris Bosh and Amare in him.

i think when d'antoni said he reminded him of stoundemire, it was b/c hill has a detached retina...i mean he has to b/c he's missing 10 foot jumpers

wait for walsh to finish his roster moves and then see how the team looks in october. but if hill + douglas are going to be replacements for lee + nate in this upcoming season, then it's another lotto pick that's traded away.

Jordan Hill is a little better than Ronnie Turiaf. He is very raw offensively and has no feel for the game which will kill him once the season starts

I'm glad we're losing summer league games cause in years prior, we won when it didn't matter.

he won't be able to body up players like turiaf as he looks to have the strength of dakota fanning.

i'm curious to see what role he will play for the knicks the next 2-3 years. i wonder if this summer league will actually help lee in contract negotiations.

I agree. He really looks lost and unsure of himself. Maybe something is wrong or he is hurt. How did he score 18ppg and 11 rpg at Arizona and now look so lost? I think Donnie W is going to fire whomever scouted Hill for the Knicks.

Sign Tim Thomas ASAP. Hill is a work in progress and I don't expect to see him get many minutes for the first half of the year.

You had a great quote about summer league.

Korolev and Skita fall under this category. Skita shooting 3 pointers is not impressive to me at all.

I just hope he doesn't ask for $12 million a couple of years down the road too.

Hill is now shooting under 40% from the 4-5 in the SL. Who was the brains behind this pick? Who is in charge of this continual draft debauchery?

I guess I wont feel bad giving pick 3 to the Jazz.

going back like 15+ years, the pac10 have never been a great big man producing conference...

brooks lopez is the only exception i can think of in a while. diagu, frye, borchardt, etc...

pac10 will give you guards and sf's but not big men...
