(cough)

"Sources say Millsap has told the Blazers he would be amicable to playing behind LaMarcus Aldridge, the Blazers' returning power forward and one of the franchise's cornerstones. The Blazers are hoping Millsap provides some interior grit and toughness, two qualities that were lacking in a first-round playoff loss to Houston."

I absolutely love Lee. He has consistently been one of my favorite players on the team since he's been in the league. He has given us an effort and is a good player and valuable to a winning team. Those that are familiar with my postings(which is everyone-look at the post count biotches!!)know that I NEVER say anything bad about the guy.

All that being said, Earl is 100% correct(I just threw up in my mouth a little bit). He is a solid player that put up great numbers on a bad team. He hustles and can provide rebounding and putbacks for any team in the league. But he's not a building block in my view. He does not provide interior toughness which you need from a PF, and plays matador defense. His two biggest weaknesses are exactly what you don't want from a PF unless you have a dominant center(but how many are there?).

To me he is a rotation guy. He's like a Dice when he was in Detroit. On a winning team he is always going to get minutes but there will be times that you simply can't have him on the floor. We put him out there becasue he is the best we have. But on a good team he is really going to have to improve his weaknesses to stay on the court. They are pretty glaring.

In summary: Great guy to have on the team, but not worth big money
I just hope that people will like me

I am surprised a lot of deals didnt get announced today - you would think they have been working on them even though they couldnt be finalized until today. I definitely think Lee is staying, just a feeling.

I love me DLee.

Throughout all the terrible seasons we've had here he's stayed positive. He's gotten better as his career's progressed.

I think Millsap def. is more rugged than DLee and not as likely to get bullied by more physical big men.

Definitely a better shot blocker.

I'd be happy with getting either of them for $6-$8 million. It would be nice to follow a young player get better as the Knicks get better...
Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please
