i remember hearing wilcox was unhappy over playing time. this is a guy who averaged 15ppg and 8rpg once and he's buried behind Collison, Krstic and Green. i think they might be worried he's more unhappy after coming back in the trade that fell thru for Chandler.

maybe we throw in a second round pick?

I think they simply want Wilcox gone at this point. They have no interest in bringing him back.

Well, I guess it frees up a roster spot, and gives us a 2G. A 2G that will make us all long for Crawful but a 2G nonetheless I suppose.

Hughes for Fugazy & Turd works for me... lateral trade but we needed a SG & have depth at the SF position... a worthwhile tradeoff... now we can sign PEJ finally.

i actually like the hughes deal. if he's motivated we almost have a defensive backcourt for the first time... since Spree and Childs were roaming the floor???

and he replaces QRich, who i like as a person, but is seriously the worst starter in the league (other than Jefferies)

The Chicago Bulls have re-acquired Tim Thomas, and once again from the New York Knicks.

According to the Chicago Tribune, the Bulls have sent Larry Hughes to New York in exchange for Thomas, Jerome James and Anthony Roberson.

Thomas had previously been traded from New York to Chicago as part of the Eddy Curry trade, but that did not turn out too well for either side, with Thomas asked to stay away until the Bulls finally bought out his contract.

Lovin' the Larry deal. We have another Larry on the team, Holfresh's worst nightmare.

I would definitly do that Wilcox dean, and would really like to get rid of Jefferies.
