He's an ex-con apparently so he's not very bright.

While I can believe the monetary part of the accusation here..... does anyone really believe the sexual part, racist part, loaded gun part, etc?

I mean, we don't know these guys for real, but from what we've seen of Eddy it seems pretty far fetched he'd actually do all that. We're talking about a kid that ran home crying from school day after day for being called "Lurch".

But, well, you never know, and we likely never will given it's going to be a he-said-he-said argument.

Regardless this is probably the end of Eddy Curry.

Driver Sues Curry for Sexual Harassment

A man who worked for three years as Eddy Curry’s driver is suing Curry, alleging sexual harassment and a failure to pay him tens of thousands of dollars.


In a lawsuit filed Monday in federal court, the former driver, Dave Kuchinsky, claimed that Curry, the Knicks’ center, owed him $68,000 in back wages and another $25,000 for charges made on Kuchinsky’s credit card. In the suit, Kuchinsky also described two incidents in which he claimed Curry dropped his pants and made lewd and suggestive remarks.

Curry steadfastly denied the allegations Monday. Curry’s lawyer, Kelly Saindon, called the allegations "preposterous" and added, "In my opinion, it’s extortion."

Curry, 26, is married and has four children. Kuchinsky began working for Curry in October 2005. He quit last October, according to his lawyer, Matt Blit.

"My client called up Eddy and said I need to get paid," said Blit, of Levine and Blit in Manhattan. "If we came to an agreement, we wouldn’t have filed suit."

Saindon said Kuchinsky’s salary was $3,600 a month and that he was paid in full before he and Curry parted ways. Saindon said that Kuchinsky called her in early December and asked for two months’ wages, because he "was upset he was let go." She said that Kuchinsky made no mention at the time of "gay sex propositions or dirty towels or racial slurs or anything about a gun" — accusations made in the suit.

Curry said the allegations were "absolutely false; just incredible."

"I guess it’s just a prime example of you just got to watch who you have around you," Curry said, "because this is a guy who I really thought he was my friend."

Oh man, this stuff is on all the other boards. And it's funny as hell what some people are saying.

if those allegation are true i would have expected this guy to sue Curry for a LOT more money than what he's asking for.

Sounds like the guy is the type that is easily taken advantage of. I wonder if he touched it? eeewww

seriously tho, if some dude were to pull that crap on you would u have remained working for the guy? i wouldn't... & even if he just stayed there to amass more of a case against Curry for a bigger payday later, why isn't he suing him for more money then? why didn't he take the time to collect more than just hearsay evidence? it's all well & good to have fun w/this story but i'm not buying it personally... sounds way too farfetched of a story for the amount of money he's suing for... IMO, it's more likely that this is all just a severe exaggeration of the facts where Curry clowned around w/this dude like they were just bustin on each other in a lockerroom, & he considered this guy a friend & the feeling was mutual... i think these issues woulda came out a lot sooner had this really taken place in the context that he's being accused of, & the dollar figures would be a LOT more than what they are.

Yeah... I think this is BS... but whether it is BS or not, it is just one more excuse for Curry not to get himself into shape and get his head in the game... his season is as good as over. not disagreeing with that, although what you quoted kinda confused me, but again in Curry's case we're supposed to believe that he is homicidal, racist, and gay? And this fool continued to work for somebody that out of control? I think his imagination got the better of him. Overkill.
