jeffries looking real good out there--he had a nice finish with the left hand and some good defensive stops

this knick team would be half decent if they actually had a shooting guard. qrich/roberson have to be as bad as it gets.

I really hope Jeffries can be healthy the rest of the season because you can see that he brings many good things to the Knicks. Not only has he been hustling a lot and playing with energy, even in his first game back, but when he is on the floor the defense looks better. He isn't the regular C and may have trouble against heavy Cs, but since we don't need a regular C we are fine with him.

We would be decent if we had:

1. A starting SG.

2. Another 6'11-7'0" C (Jeffries out there makes us look finally normal with a big C)

3. A backup PG/SG not named Roberson.

Well the Hawks aren't playing with a center either. Josh, Al and Marvin are all PFs.

actually Curry is much better & i would much rather see him getting playing time right now to try & pump up his trade value personally... i don't care how crappy his defense is, our focus should not be on trying to eek out a few wins this season, it should be trying to do what we can to dump Curry's contract... obviously he's not fit to play & MDA will not play him just yet, which is fine by me, but i'm not expecting much of anything outta JJ2... he is what he is.

dude, i'm not gonna argue w/u over the kinda player JJ2 is... if u haven't seen him play his entire career & think MDA's gonna turn him into Boris Diaw in Phoenix, that's fine... i just don't see it personally.
