it's not that i like the guy, i just said he's got potential & the tools to be a very good player... he wouldn't be the first kid w/talent that never amounts to much but seriously, don't u think it's a little early to be casting judgements on the guy?

Van Gundy will never go into a boring ass place like New Jersey. If he gets hired anywhere, it will be to a better team and a better city on the rise.

he has some skills, but he just doesn't look like a player at all..

IMO, Duhon is comfortable playing more with Marbury and Nate than Crawford. Don't know why but he seems to be at his best in the 3 guard rotation with those two.

it's amazing but remember how everyone used to think that marbury had to have to the ball all the time to be effective. well that's not the case now. but it sure looks like that's the case with jamal tho.

one thing we're seeing for d'antoni is that he will play the best players out there. removing isiah from the equation was the best thing to ever happen. sometimes things just happen for a reason. if isiah was fired last year, the team wouldn't have had d'antoni. but now they do. i have no idea where it's going but at least it's going...

rod thorn and van gundy are like best friends. he will be the first person called if thorn makes a change. and the team will be better in 2010. they have space to sign TWO big time free agents.

Van Gundy is the last coach we ever had success under. He hardly sucks it. The guy is dedicated and his teams play amazing defense (although the offense suffers).

I wasn't calling you out on it or anything lol. And you're right, it's too early to say he's not going to be a productive player, I'm just saying, the guy does not look good, he looks lost.

he does look lost... it's weird but knowing how young Asian kids are sometimes they defer too much & don't take charge when they should... maybe he's just trying to not step on toes & deferring a little too much to the vets in practice or what not, who knows... the scouting reports said he's got a killer instinct but doesn't seem so so far, but again, it's early... sometimes kids take some time to blossom & mature into the players they can be... Yi's gonna have every opportunity to prove himself on this team, it's up to him to take advantage of it this season.
