Wow, awesome trade for the Nets. That's really ridiculous. The Nets GM is so good -- it's subtle sometimes, when you really think about the move, you're like "holy ish, that guy is a genius".

As for the Bucks, not a clue what they're thinking with this one. RJ is a nice piece, but for the Bucks? RJ makes sense on a contender, not a pretender.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

^^^ Well they have been looking for a defensive 2/3 to put next to Redd for years. I think it's a great move.

I wonder if the Bucks would take Lee for their pick????

I dont think Lee is worth a top 5 pick personally - maybe if #6 was included but not for him alone...

I guess. One minute the talk is that they want to unload Redd. Now it's the opposite. I'm actually very fond of Redd, but Redd + RJ isn't nearly enough to make much noise. I would've kept stockpiling youth in their shoes.

Yet again Thorn has put together a fantastic deal, we should be so lucky, not only did he clear 10 million in future salary, but got a player that is going to be a stud and a marketing icon in a few years in NY, pair him with Lebron and the Knicks don't have a franchise if the Nets get to BK

Harris, Yi, Lebron thats a great trio

RJ is also 10 times better than any player we have, and who knows if Yi becomes anything in this league.

Yeah, when did Yi Fried Rice (oh dear lord, that was so unfunny and racist, got caught up) become this cant miss baller/stud? And when did it become a given that Lebron was absolutely Brooklyn bound? The fact that people seem like a move of such magnitude is a given, makes me think that its going to collapse under its own weight.

(Ignoring your tactless comment.) Neither is a given and I don't think anyone assumes it is. Thinking that LeBron is more likely to come to Brooklyn after this move is probably a valid thought process, though.

You willing to mortgage the future of your franchise on a maybe?
