MARIO MANNINGHAM MEASURABLES
Height: 5-11 Weight: 183
40-yard dash: 4.38 10-yard dash: 1.58
20-yard shuttle: 4.38 60-yard shuttle: 11.69
Broad jump: 9-8 225-lb. bench: 17
3-cone drill: 7.35 Vertical jump: 35
Wonderlic: 20-yard dash: 2.66

Des, that 4.38 that they show for Manningham is the best overall 40 that he ran, from what I've heard and read, he constantly ran in the high 4.4's to 4.5's, even posting a 4.6. Yeah, I know they take the best one, but Manningham is not a 4.38 runner. Believe me, that doesn't bother me because when you're on the field it's more about what kind of instincts you have. I'm just saying, Chad Johnson is fast - very fast and I don't think Manningham has that kind of pure burning speed.

We'll see- its a comparison based on circumstance and upside potential. But Manningham will make some big plays for the Giants next year. Sinorice Moss is fast as **** but can't get downfield for ****. Manningham can...

We took Bryan Kehl from BYU. He is the msot athletic linebacker in the draft. 6.54 3-cone drill is one of the best ever recorded.

Don't know much about him but they were speaking glowingly about him. As I said earlier, I hate those combine #s but when you see 6.54 3cone drill... now THAT'S something.

Any player that Jerry Reese is willing to trade up for is someone he has a huge conviction one- we can only assume from past history that it means that player is really special

I just got back from the gym... WTF was the terms of the deal?

And I just read this dude spent two years on a church mission. I like that, even though I'd never do it myself.

Gave up an the extra 6th we got from the Packers with our 4th to move up a few spots. We still have 2 picks in the 6th and a pick in the 5th.

What about Mike Hart if he continues to fall? I feel like the Giants addressed their holes, and now I want to grab the BPA. Mike Hart can play and the fifth round seems like a good place to take him.

They could take an RB b/c there will be some good values like Hart, Justin Forcett and Chauncey Washington available late. But I think its time to address the lines...some tackles on both ends could be useful. There are still a couple of LB's I really like too: Ben Moffitt and Gary Guyton.

Tremendously productive middle linebacker from Vanderbilt. Had a big senior season and is a cerebral run stuffer. Nice size 6'2 245), pretty good athleticism. Has to work on shedding blockers. Really good value pick at this point in the draft. The Giants really upgraded their back 7. I thought they needed 2 LB's. I liked Ben Moffitt the most of the MLB', but Goff wasn't too far behind.

Nice pick. 2 more to go.

I'm surprised Woodson fell the 6th round, not a bad pick by Reese. I guess that means the Hefty Lefty's time with the team could be ending?
