I caught most of the 4th and OT and I saw the Blazers, a team without a defensive presence in the paint, giving up layups to Nate. Then in OT I saw Nate going for 50, shooting the ball whenever he got his hands on it.

I would be much more impressed if Nate could show that he can play team basketball and run an offense where getting his own shot isn't his first thought. This does nothing to disprove the fact that he's nothing more than an energy role player off the bench who will look to do nothing but score. On a good team he would really have to be reigned in. On this team he's free to do whatever the hell he wants. Not impressed.

Nate Robinson has been terrific. There was no use in chronicling his whole season, but I chronicled his January on a thread here and he was putting up a near 4 to 1 A/TO. To say that he hasn't matured or changed his game is ignoring the games or just being dense for the purpose of an agenda. I would say the whole season was a wash, but that woudln't be fair to Nate who has worked hard to improve his game when basically everyone had him written off by the end of last year.

No where this translates for a team with no direction is hard to figure. But that's a more overarching problem.

Your starting to bother me. Don't get me wrong, I have no pull here. I have read stupid and ridiculous things said by gkf for awhile now, and have said nothing. I tend to think he is just so upset with the state of this team that he has no objectivity whatsoever. But your just saying stupid stuff, which is going to get both me and you in trouble. Perhaps only me, but I am willing to get bannned for complaining about an idiot.

I'm starting to come to the conclusion that some posters here have more than one identity. Your the second guy in three days who has come out of nowhere and clobbered me over the head in defense of someone else.

I suppose you have a right to threaten me if you want. It's only fair right? I've taken quite a few shots myself, I admit. But hey, it's a lousy ass team, run by a lousy ass manager and it's been nothing but frustration for all of us, hasn't it? How come VDesai is allowed to be frustrated with the state of this team and I'm not? (according to you)

I think you are nuts and I will leave it at that. And for the record, I happen to appreciate vdesai's analysis. I think it is very good. Obviously there are a lot of people on this site that I think add stuff, you i am no longer sure of.

Well, this is completely untrue. I have openly said that I think this team sucks. However, that does not mean every aspect of it sucks. There is room for optimism. I understand you are upset, because honestly I am too.

there doesn't seem to be any room for objective opinions on this forum these days... if u utter a single positive comment about a player's performance you get labelled a blind faith lover of the team that still thinks we have a shot to win a title... it's ridiculous.
