Exactly. I agree. But Mister.Earl never dishes out anything to get worked up about. He might tweak you by asking if you are not entertained that the knicks picked up a few wins. He might remind people to the good thats happening while we were "gnashing our teeth" or bitching and moaning as it were. He may needle and nudge. But he's not here caling others losers like so many others do. Earl is like those guards at buckingham palace. You have people on this thread accusing him or nasty things, yelling in his face etc... but he does not respond back in kind. That makes him a much more respectable person than his accusers.
I don't really agree with you. Earl spends his entire time asking agenda fueled loaded questions, fails to back up his arguments and counters with little annoying sayings like "its jus a game" or "grab the donuts," and pretty much exists just to stir **** or stir people up. He's one of the worst trolls of any kind on this forum. He deserves 200% of the heat he gets. He doesn't even watch the NBA more than casually (he thought Zach Randolph was 6'9 215 before he came here).
There are a whole list of people on the other side of the argument that are the same way but go about it with a slightly more overt and less needling method, but lets not take this opportunity to list just about everyone that annoys us on this place. They probably know exactly who they are anyway.
The point is I'm just about at the end of my rope with the agenda people on both sides of the coin. Lets bring some substance rather than inflammatory, mindless crap. Arguments are meant to be nuanced. The "I hate X so everything about X sucks," has taken over this forum and its dissapointing to say the least.
