nix, what you are talking about are BLIPS on the radar. and if the coach tries to hold them to task, the players go into a shell and quit.

Well this group has really only had LB and Isiah, so I don't believe that we know for sure that no coach can coach them. LB hasn't gotten another coaching job and was showing signs of megalomania before he came here. Isiah has been the only longterm coach many of these guys have known. What i've seen is no growth and if you have a group of young players that have been coached before in college and where successful, then you should be able to teach them your system and get them to execute. I have rarely met any player so dumb that you can't effectively instill your principles in them with a good practice regimen. To me that's a defeatist attitude to just assume that you can't get a team to perform with precision. Like I said even the military takes some of the least likely men and makes them into men who can stand up and deliver under duress.
