Here we go again. Look, Larry was right. Whether he acted inappropriately or not is secondary. I don't think he tried to gain control of anything other than his players, who were mutinous. Isiah didn't support him in that task and so Larry didn't like Isiah either. Isiah was 95% wrong in this situation just as he was wrong about close to everything else.
Of course he was right. I just see no reason to bring him up because when he is brought up it comes off as an attempt to vindicate a man who is as much of a snake as Isiah Thomas is.
I'll be happy the day that we can just say Isiah made a mess of things and leave Larry out of it. Although that's unlikely given there's still a thought amongst some fans, albeit a group that is dwindling in size, that Scott Layden's roster is why Isiah Thomas' roster is terrible.
