On Larry Brown: Why is ANYONE still defending this delusional old man who was clearly undermining Isiah and the entire team so Dolan would fire Isiah and give Larry full control? He acted wholly inappropriately and that's why he got fired. While he was right that the team sucked and needed to be changed HE WAS NOT HIRED FOR THAT JOB he was hired to coach what he was given, he never did, and he spent an entire year trying to undermine the product and pit players and coaches and management against each other so HE could gain control of a franchise.

STOP DEFENDING THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!!!!!!

Now...as to Curry being on Isiah's hit list? Who cares. Isiah still thinks he's a few practices away from being SHAQ. Isiah also thinks Crawful is a more athletic Michael Jordan. He thinks Jared or QBrick is Pippen. He thinks Zach is Cwebb in his prime. Isiah is a freakin IDIOT if nobody noticed that yet.

Know who should be on a hit list?

Steve Mills
Isiah Thomas
Malik Rose
Jared Jeffries
Eddy Curry
Zach Randolph (Oh, but Cos, he puts up great stats!) Yeah, but, ever heard of TEAM CHEMISTRY!? He hasn't! Proof? Eddy Curry turning into a big pile of garbage!
Stephraud TurdBury
Jamawful Crawful
Jerome James
Quentin "Oh, My Back, I think I pulled it!" Richardson

Here we go again. Look, Larry was right. Whether he acted inappropriately or not is secondary. I don't think he tried to gain control of anything other than his players, who were mutinous. Isiah didn't support him in that task and so Larry didn't like Isiah either. Isiah was 95% wrong in this situation just as he was wrong about close to everything else.

Mark Berman's new article at the post addresses that he is now down on Curry. For the first time,
I kind of felt bad for the guy. Esp. as another article addressed the idea that originates from the asst coach; Curry is being less aggressive with the addition of Zach Randolph.

It's a very tough situation, to say the least. I am not impressed with Curry but I believe, deep down, he wants to get better. But I think Isiah feels it's time to cut bait.

Poor Eddy Curry we should stop bashing him he isn't as bad as we are making him out to be. He is a good guy and wants to get better. I know deep down he wants to be the best. Eddy I know a lot of people have lost faith in you but I haven't. Its my fault that you are not doing as well as you should, but know that to turn the corner all you have to do is give your 100% effort on both ends of the court on a regular basis and you will be loved once again.

Of course he was right. I just see no reason to bring him up because when he is brought up it comes off as an attempt to vindicate a man who is as much of a snake as Isiah Thomas is.

I'll be happy the day that we can just say Isiah made a mess of things and leave Larry out of it. Although that's unlikely given there's still a thought amongst some fans, albeit a group that is dwindling in size, that Scott Layden's roster is why Isiah Thomas' roster is terrible.

No, I say we finish him off. Find his address and send food to him all day long. The fatter he gets the better chance he has a career ending injury and will be forced to retire. Let's run the lardass into the ground for our amusement!

He should be vindicated. If he was a "snake" because he wanted the players to play hard and Isiah to bring in the right players, thats a "snake" who absolutely needed to stay.
