Therefore, yes, the first chance you get you liquidate all these guys that have contracts beyond 2009 - FOR guys who expire in 09, for picks, for guys on rookie or soph deals at the moment.

You don't trade Curry to improve today - you trade him to improve down the road. Same goes for just about every single player on this roster.


yea, that pretty much is the case.. except I do see some redeemable players on this roster, not many, but a few..

Know what's more disheartening? The fact they all think it's funny. Yeah, real funny that your "franchise center" is 40 pounds over weight and hurt himself during a WALK THROUGH. HILARIOUS!!!! They probably find 6-11 funny too. Buncha losers.....


I find it offensive. You know what. Addidas has a line of commercials out now, featuring duncan, garnett and Howard.. I watched the one with Howard, and let me tell you, this kid loves the game, loves it, bleeds the game of basketball, you can see it when he talks, and the way he takes care of his body.... This is the kind of guy I want leading this team, and it is no coincidence, that the orlando magic are one of the better teams in the league...

meanwhile, our franchise center is extremely overweight, and out of shape... Go figure!

And not too long ago we saw post that said Curry>Howard or because Curry gave him the biz for a game or two Curry was the here and now while Howard was the doubted future unknown. To be honest I don't think Curry injured himself that badly. I feel he's in pout mode and using an ankle tweak as an excuse. I laughed almost daily at a vast majority from the time camp started as they appeared giddy over Curry's conditioning, while I tried telling them Fat Boy was still Fat and would get Fatter sooner than later Fatting Out the rest of the Fat Boy competition. How can you be Fat playing basketball as a profession? It defies all logic and rationale. And to take it to another level how do you put on weight in season playing this sport. He really is a genetic freak. It's almost like he's programmed backwards.



LOL @ the poster who said he saw him @ a Home Depot over the summer with who he assumed was his conditioning trainer and he looked 25-20lbs lighter from his normal playing weight.

LOL @ the Knicks Media day info saying he lost about 20lbs but failed to divulge what his playing weight was currently at when directly asked, as if scales don't exist.

LOL @ whoever at any time during this season said "We Should Build Around EY Curry" and "Trade Whatever Pieces Necessary To Make It Work."

LOL @ anyone who thought he was an improving player from his Chicago days

Craw has put up 66 shots the last 3 games only connecting on 24 of them...but hey he talks so well

I second that motion. Isiah has overdone the whole dump it down low thing. Yeah you want a lot of post ups, but we totally wreck the offense when it's the same play over and over again, meanwhile all the other players on the team just stand around and get cold. We have much more motion and ball movement when we don't focus everything on Curry. He doesn't need that in order to succeed. We have guards that can breakdown any defense and yet we don't use it enough. We played better when Jamal was aggressive and attacking the defense. The assists were up and the offense flowed nicely. Then it seems like Isiah might have said something to make Jamal pull back and we went into default dump it down mode. For this team when the ball is moving we're a much better team and we need to keep it that way.

are we still trying to play around w/rotations to see which one is the magical fix to this team's problems? fix the roster first, worry about the rotations later.

We're not a bad team when the bad apples (Marbury/Curry) are removed from the SL.

THough to be fair, this is the first game Q showed up all season.

Even Jeffries seemed like he had a role.
