Yeah, because I meant the very last game. Idiot.

Hmmm but didnt you say this "By the end of last season, Jefferson was a better player than Zach"? Surely you know that the last game of the season is included in the "end of last season" right? You said I must be out of my mind but you seem to be going senile... just a little bit though.

You know my friends great grandmother uses a really good Alzheimer medication to help her out. I told you about it before... you must have forgotten.

I thought about checking the boxscores from last seasons final day to find an obvious example of a superior player have worse numbers than an obviously inferior player but then I realized there was no point.

Once an idiot, always an idiot.

I can't help you.

Yea your right, your better off not checking the stats to see just how wrong you are. You may be more disappointed than you are now.

This is like arguing with my 4yr old nephew.

It would be funny if it weren't so sad.

Admit you were wrong and move on.

I think I hurt their feelings.

Show me where I was wrong and I'll be happy to.

Always have been.

You dont know where you were proven to be wrong? Shall I summarize the last two pages for you?

Should I show you the post where you said Al Jefferson is better than Zach Randolph? And then re-post the part where I showed you stat by stat that you were wrong in every category? :)

Wait a minute. Didn't Zach miss the last month of the season?!?

So by the end of THE season, Zach's numbers for the final game were:

0 pts
0 rebs
0 asts
0 blks
0 stls

LMAO. Thanks for bringing that up moron. Obviously Jefferson had better stats IN EVERY CATEGORY than Zach.

God I love arguing with stupid people.

Are you crazy?? Just because he is injured does not mean he isnt a good player. When Amare Stoudemire was injured, did the Pheonix Suns decide to trade him away because he had stats of 0,0,0,0, for 6 months?? The Washington Wizards are without Antwan Jamison for this month. According to your sick logic they should buy him out right? Because he obviously is not a good player anymore...

So now what about Zach Randolph?

Everyone knows he had surgery bro. Did you forget that? You must be off those meds again. We will hold a candle light vigil for you islefan.

I am a Knicks fan. I criticize players that play bad like Jared Jeffries and praise those who do good like David Lee. A lot of people are bitter because the Knicks missed the playoffs once again. Understandable. I believe if we were not plagued by injuries we would have been in the playoffs. Shoulda Woulda Coulda. I cant harp on the past, but I know we finally had a promising season and with the huge acquisition of Z. Bo why should I not be optimistic? The season has not started. If we begin losing then we have reason to hate, but each season is a brand new start. Every team starts at 0-0.

Huge acquisition? Zach's an above average starting PF but is he even top 10 at his position? I'm not sure he's top ten even if you ignore his character issues for the sake of discussion.

Duncan
Garnett
Brand
Dirk
D Howard
Amare
Boozer
Bosh
Gasol
J O'Neal
maybe Okafor, Al Jefferson, Ant. Jamison, D Lee, T Chandler

There are 30 teams. Ranking 15th makes you an average starter. Zach's between 11 and 16. We got a slightly above average starting PF.

Okay. I need some clarification. This is the same list of guys you used when you ranked them all above Curry. Are these guys PF's or Centers or both? You can't use the same list for both positions.

I don't even know what thread you're talking about but every one of those players is their team's starting PF. Nice try.

You use the logic that "He was close to 20/10" referring to Al Jefferson. So you are rating players based solely on ppg and rpg. By your own logic you are wrong because Zach Randolph is better!

And right after that, I cited blocked shots too.

Ok, here is where you try to change the subject because you got busted. Should I post where you lied about their stats for the final game of the season? And then post their actual stats that show that Jefferson had much better stats than Zach's ZEROES?

You're out of your mind. By the end of last season, Jefferson was a better player than Zach.

Next year Zach's numbers go down from the year before and Jefferson's go up.

Bank it.

Al Jefferson was used in a trade to get KG. Zach was used to get Frye and Francis. Only Isiah lovers would think Zach is better than Al Jefferson. Again, the main point, which a few people seem to be intentionally ignoring, is that Zach is just a slightly above average starting PF and that remains so even if you exclude Al Jefferson from the list.

...also remember, Zach's final game of the season is not the same as the final game of the Blazers season. Any idiot could see that if Zach played 0 minutes a game than you cant analyze that.

I didnt even bring it up because I shouldnt have to explain such a simple thing like that to you.

But when you no longer have your thinking faculties with you then I guess the simplest explanation escapes your troubled mind.

You use the logic that "He was close to 20/10" referring to Al Jefferson. So you are rating players based solely on ppg and rpg. By your own logic you are wrong because Zach Randolph is better!

You're out of your mind. By the end of last season, Jefferson was a better player than Zach.

The end of the season eh?

Al Jeffereson's last game of the season
ppg: 17 (on 7-17)
rpg: 15
TO: 4
AST: 2
Blocks: 1

Zach Randolph's last game of the season
ppg: 43 (on 16-26)
rpg: 17
TO: 2
AST: 5
Blocks: 2

So, not only is Zach Randolph a better shooter and rebounder but also a better passer, blocker and takes better care of the ball. I see, I see. Wow, fishstickfan, if not for your thoughtless insensitive remarks I would never have found that out. Thanks!

Sorry Islefan, this is the post where I took you to task and began my deconstruction of your argument. Please note the wording I used here. I put it in bold so that you could pick it out. Its on page two of this topic if you want to take a look for yourself.

Also, those words "end of last season" were your not mine. Because no initial parameters were specified I clearly defined that parameters I would work with when I posted my statistics, as could be seen above. Everything I have shown you is clear as day. Again, my apologies Islefan.

Sorry bro but you are wrong on both counts.

1) I specified what I meant by the "last game of the season" on page 2. All subsequent references to the aforementioned game are based on that first parameter initiation.

2) Even if you want to consider the last game of the season where the parameter is the last game of the players' TEAM then your point is moot because Zach played 0 minutes. Because he played 0 minutes does not mean he is a bad player.

I proved both these points to you in explicit detail. You have lost your argument. You can only fool yourself but for so long.
