Read some of the early posts by Eny and here is my take on it. Whenever you come up with a system of rules and punishments to create a system of fairness some people will find ways to take advantage of it and completely corrupt the system. This has been true through out our history: from religion to communism to enron it is almost the exact same pattern. What you are bringing up is that a certain section of working women taking unfair advantage of a social system at the workplace created to protect the innocent from harassment.

Does this make all women bad well that depends largely on each person's personal experience and I agree that yours has been lousy.
