Given the choice who would you rather keep if you had to choose? I know taking just career stats into account Jamal is a clear winner, but taking all things into account.

why are we comparing kobe, wade, or billups to anyone on our squad? those guys can put up sick numbers against any team.

That is the most meaningless stat ever because it's contingent on a ton of things. Say Fred Jones is starting because an injury occurred to Kobe Bryant. Obviously Fred Jones record while starting is NOT going to be good because he's playing without the teams best player. This is only one example, theres a plethora more.

Anyway we were 18-18 when Crawford started.
We were 15-31 when crawford did not start
