Iver seen D Lee hit at least a dozen open jumpers this year
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

This team doesn't value shooters all that much, just from the looks of this Matt Barnes and Ime Udoka are amongst the leaders in 3pt shooting.

Who cares what Ime is doing on other teams when he played like hot garbage for us. When Ime was a Knick he would be lucky to make a lay up on the layup line or take one of the Knicks City Kids to the hole. Do you really think if Ime was on this team now he would be able to get playing time to show he even has talent?

Compared to our other players, Jeffries is probably the best perimeter defender that we have. He is taller than Q and has more experience and understanding of NBA defense than Balkman and he is simply a better defensive player than Lee (other than rebounding). If he could hit an open jumpshot, I would definitely agree with starting him. However, since he seems to be unable to hit those shots, we probably should be starting Lee instead. I think IT is going to give Jeffires a few more games to see if he can gel with the offense before he makes a move. Remember Lee passes up alot of jumpers too because he still does not have full confidence in his jumper (although it is clear that it has improved). I think the overall team defense is better with Jeffries on the floor, but it remains to be seen if the overall team performance on offense and defense is better with him starting.

Lee cant hit an open jumpshot either...so how does him starting change anything??

Lee is better at hitting an open jumpshot than Jeffries has shown, but again, I would like to give Jeffries a few more games to see how he gels with the offense before saying someone else should start. I think he adds alot on the defensive end. The team just needs to learn to run the offense without having that jumpshooter at SF.
Trust the Process

The problem with Jeffries is that he is able to guard every position but none of them very well..

Another tweener who doesn't own a position.

I'm beginning to get very leery of guys called "versatile," it's almost a codeword for "doesn't excel at anything."
