It's amazing how our standards have dropped so low. For 15 years if you weren't willing to dive through a plate glass window for the ball we boo'd you. Guys would punch each other in the face to draw a charge. Now we have guys that stage open revolts and pack it in on a nightly basis get the benefit of the doubt.

Once again, it's perfectly fine to hate your coach. You can think LB is the biggest a-hole ever to walk the face of the earth. You have my blessing to walk in every day and ask IT to get rid of him. But when you are on the court you owe it to yourself, the fans and your teammates to play your asse of regardless of the circumstances. This is the only type of player I want associated with this team. My standards have not lowered.

Bring back Chris Dudley and Rick Brunson!!!!!!!!

Vision and Plan?
Like 'bugging' Isiah to get Francis and then jerking him around the lineup and in the rotations? That kind of vision? Signing a 70 million dollar knee experiment? Is that the vision you all want, Dice part Deux?

Dice was a beast last night

Dice has looked pretty good offensively and defensively since Phoenix let him rehab

NY wishes they still had a McDyess on the roster

Two words: Or Lando

Strangely enough, right after Orlando the Knicks went on a 6 game win streak where Marbury played his best ball of the season.

He should have quit on day 1.

So like McDyess, we want to get Kenyon Martin, go through 2 plus years of him not playing, then have him slowly come back to be a shadow of his former self?

oohah

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

LB demands who he wants. It's the GM's job to determine which one fits in fiscally and with the make up of the team. Coach's normally have a list of a 1000 players they want. The GM does not have to get all of them. The GM then determines which of those players fit the best. It should be a symbiotic relationship. With us, it's well the coach wanted him and I got him even though I knew he was crap so fire him. We are a mess.

Only to quit again a week after he returns from injury. And this is coming from a guy who supports Marbs. But he is an awful leader.

no matter what, I think the coach and GM should at least be able to lock the door and talk like grown (multimillionaire) men, and discuss their 'visions' and 'plans', and reach a consensus. It's not impossible, just requires them to talk to EACH OTHER, and not the press.

Great point. They should have done that before they signed Larry. Came up with a game plan that they both agree to and made sure everyone understood what they were trying to do in the long run. This stuff should be a given when you reach this level.

I would bet that conversation took place but Larry had his own plan in motion...I would put big money on that....
