Dude, are you kidding me?! The last year Jackson was in NY
he was a fat f ck, and slow as ****e. The fans booed him
out of NY.

You're just flat out wrong. Get your facts straight. The year you are referring to was his 3rd with the Knicks that was the only time he was booed. The next year (4) he came back in the great shape, was playing great, and then John McLoed benched him in favor of Maurice Cheeks. Then the next year (5) with Jackson as PG the Knicks took the Bulls to 7 games, the only time they did that. Then he was traded.

He was a disgrace on defense, and this was a
defense oriented team.

The funny thing about Jackson, is that people were always harping on what he couldn't do, but forgot about what he did do: run incredibly fluent offenses and WIN. And he kept on doing that right into the record books. The only Knick replacements for Jackson that were worth a damn were Harper and Rivers, and they weren't half the floor general Jackson was, and they past their prime. That is why we watched 10-14 years of terrible offense after he left, and when he came back to play the Knicks, he would bend Ward and Childs over and have his way with them.

If you're looking for a perfect player, Jackson wasn't. But he was pretty damn good.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

Marbury is better than Peyton and Tiny !!!!

Payton is a multi year all defensive player. Marbury is too regal to even try.

Ever see Tiny play? Before his knee injury in 1977? I guess not.

Marbury is not going to springfield.

NO marbury!!! Most people including myself don't think so..

He wouldn't even make the next 10 great PG's

As you all can see, Kidd made the list.. True leader..

That's a no-brainer! Even Bob Cousy was better than 'in my own dreams Starbury'!
I'll never trust this' team again.

Is that list in according to ranking? If so then Jason Kidd I think is rated too high. He hasn't proven that he is capable of winning with signficant talent surrounding him. The other pgs on the list have multiple teammates and put themselves in winning situations. Besides if you put a gun to my head I would take Tony Parker over Kidd in a big game. HOw in the world is Cous the last PG on that list??

Sorry to say it, but Jason is one of the best to come around in a long time.
I'll never trust this' team again.

Quite honestly, Nash does not belong there either..All this hype..I mean really Phonix is better yes but can you see this guy carrying his team the way the alltime greats carry their respective teams...I mean Nash is carrying his team to the first round and second round, those others are championship type point guards....There is a huge difference....

I don't know man. Nash is in the playoffs while Starbury gets some time off for only 23 winners.
I'll never trust this' team again.

U are right, he did run a team nicely...But for a New York point guard, I was never really on his bandwagon I just couldn't get over his lack of D and slow footness...Also I just hated to see him in the post for some reason..I think that's the rule change you were refering to...then there's free throws where he raised his right hand to measure the shot...then there was the teardrop...Then he started doing the X cross with the forearms..I think that was after LJ started his own...Then he started to do the airplane after he scored a basket..There wa a little shimmy dance a la 'Tione Walker...U get the idea..Can't consider him one of the all timers through....No D, lack of scoring, but great passer and ran a team with the best of them, well maybe not Magic.

You are so right! And how about that stupid little baby hook shot that used to get blocked all of the time. I knew we would never have a chance and we didn't.
I'll never trust this' team again.
