Nelson 13.8 pts 47 from the field 43 from 3, 4.4ass, 3 rebounds, is a much better player

Swift is average 6, 5 and 1 and he is 20 center epecially kids take a while to develop if they don't have a howard, or lebron body.....

Ariza is terrible the guy has no offensive skills, dunking does not count he doesn't finish in the open floor, he can attack the glass well because he is long and athletic as far as rebounding the ball, but his handle is disgraceful

Mck1, you need to look over your posts and admit to youself that you are a living breathing example of the grass is always greener.

Any time you speak about another teams players its 'will prove in the future' or 'he'll be ak47 in a few years' but when it comes to your own players you can't look past what they've done today. Who the hell is Al Jefferson? What's he ever done on a court that makes him so special? What's his highest rebounding figures? Top scoring game? Why was Granger buried on the bench most of this year? As far as I recall, Green has less assists then Curry does and he's the worst passer in the league almost! What makes you so sure he's going to get it, but Frye,Lee and Nate are done and dusted developmentwise? Cha taking May was weird but IT taking his guys was a mistake!

Cmon man! be real to yourself at least.

I'm glad you asked.

2 years removed from highschool Al's best game of his career thus far: 21 and 12 with 2 blocks vs Dallas...& he has 5 double-doubles this year compared to Frye's 1. he has 6 double-digit rebounding games compared to Fryes 2. In 18 minutes a night he is getting 5.3 rebs per. And he plays with a guard in Pierce who gobbles up rebounds better than most 4's and 5's.

Green has played 3 minutes all year. I'm am so happy Curry's 8 assist in 1011 minutes is better than somebody.

O'Neal Foster Artest Stephen Jackson aren't chopped liver. He has been getting minutes since the Artest thing and injury bug hit Indy and producing.

Al's best game of his career thus far: 21 and 12 with 1 assist and 2 blocks vs Dallas.

Frye's best game of his career so far 30 and 7 with 2 assists, 1 steal and 2 blocks.

Frye 20+ point games - 7. Jefferson - 1

Frye 30 point games - 2. Jefferson - 0

Frye - 2+ block games - 10. Jefferson - 12

Frye 2+ assist games - 11. Jefferson - 4

Now where excactly in those facts do you see better play to signify a brighter future for Jefferson?

I know Green hasn't played all year. My question to you is why do you predict a wonderful future for a player who has done absolutely nothing in the NBA, whose only raison d'etre in the game at all is because he can jump higher then anyone else? At the same time that you are glorifying this complete non-entity (thus far), you deride David Lee who has had more double digit rebounding games then Jefferson(in less minutes I might add) and Channing Frye who has shown in actual game situations what a potent force he is on the offensive side, even if he does have a few things to learn on the defensive side as players who have hit their ceiling?

I will agree that Danny Granger has played well for the Pacers when give the opportunity. But noone can argue with the fact that Frye has been as good if not better when given the same.

So, again, why do you feel the need to denigrate your own players by constantly declaring that anyone else, Ridnour, Green, Bynum (also a player who has done nothing to prove what he is) even Kyle Korver (who, if you ask any 76er fan, they would give him to you for a nice fruit basket. He is possibly the only player in the NBA who is a worse defender then Crawford) is better then what you have right here. Have they done anything to show you that they are busts? No!

I'm not saying that any of the other players I've mentioned wont be great, but Frye, Lee and Nate are MY players and their good ones too. They have each shown that they can be solid contributors to any NBA team. You just sound from your posts that you're blinkering yourself to not see all the positive and promising attributes your own team is showing. You're like the kid who wants his friends bike, just because his friend has it and even though his bike is just as good and has served him well.

Can't you see that?
Some men see things as they are and ask why. I dream things that never were and ask why not?

TMS actually mentioned Green. Personally, of the 2 highschoolers, I believe Webster will have a better career.

The numbers argument can be a little overblown when talking about losing teams but to his credit Al is only 2 years removed from highschool getting 8 and 5 in 17 minutes on 50% plus shooting.

Jefferson is 6'10 265 and has a real post game and can step out and knock down shots. Like Howard has the fluidity of a guard to go along with the brute strength. Only drawback is he has had some injury issues.

I don't see Frye being as good as a Bosh or Al when its all said and done. It doesn't mean I think Frye can't play. Of our rooks, I truly believe Lee is th guy.

Look at him from summer to now. He went from bricking anything outside 10 feet to nailing 20 footers with ease. He has a great feel or the game, i a monster rebounder, and until we got Rose was the teams best passer.
the stop underrating David Lee movement 1. FIRE MIKE 2. HIRE MULLIN 3. PAY AVERY 4. FREE NATE!!!
